  Presentación

  

  Ischýs is a mini-company started in 2017 as a school/work project.

  It includes 8 members, who aim to develop their skills as entrepeneurs, more and more, while implementing cooperation and creativity which allow the development of the group itself.

  Ischýs’s goal is to make potential customers aware of some Sicilian products (not only the food), either on a national and on an international level.

  The 8 partners are young people who embody the desire to know and above all to be known by expanding their horizons right from the cooperative’s starting point: the Italian "Enrico Fermi" high school.

  Ischýs, in fact, aims to expand its borders by taking the “Sicilian” essence outside the island.

  The name “Ischýs” itself, connected to this objective of the cooperative, is a Greek word meaning “power”, to actually point out the power of globalization and technology (through which is possible to be known); the power of sharing (that let us get in contact even from far away), and the power of innovation (that is the spirit of our modern world).

  Art. 1     DENOMINATION AND HEADQUARTERS

  The cooperative “Ischýs Coop” is located in Paternò, Catania (Sicily, Italy).

  Art. 2    DURATION

  The cooperative will last until 9 June, 2018, but its duration can be extended according to the decision of the partners.

  Art. 3    AIM

  The cooperative’s aim is to export typical products, not only belonging to the Sicilian culture.

  Art. 4    OBJECT

  The cooperative’s intention is to establish connections with others European countries.

  Art. 5   BUSINESS PARTNERS’ REQUISITES

  The number of the business partners is unlimited, but it cannot be less than three. There are not particular requisites. Anyone can take part to the cooperative, as long as the observance of rules is followed.

  Art. 6   SOCIAL CAPITAL

  The social capital includes stocks, each of them equals from 5 to 20 euros.

  Art. 7   BUSINESS PARTNERS’ DUTIES

  The business  partners must: 

  •  deposit some quota, in accordance with the terms established by the administrative board; 

  •  observe the statute and the rules.

  Art. 8   BUSINESS PARTNER’ RIGHT

  Each business partner should be informed about the cooperative’s business.

  Art. 9   ADMINISTRATION 

  Cooperative’s administration should be entrusted to a council or to a sole director. The  cooperative includes eight members: Monica Di Perna (chairperson), Rebecca Calcaterra (secretary), Barbara Noemi Gaia Furnari (marketing/communication coordinator), Serena Messina (export sales coordinator), Clarissa Pappalardo (treasurer), Rachele Seminara (accounting coordinators), Gaia Venuto and Stefano Virgolini (production coordinators).

  Art. 10   TERMINATION

   

  In case of termination, the capital should be destined to mutual funds.
