Hola,somos una cooperativa destinada a obtener dinero y una parte lo destinaremos a ayudar a gente que lo necesita,mas concretamente a la cocina economica.Estamos formados por gente de Asturias,Galicia y Castilla. Vendemos muchos tipos de productos hechos artesanalmente para su posterior venta al público y después al final del curso el dinero obtenido se repartirá equitativamente entre los alumnos participantes integrados en la cooperativa. Estamos formados por 4 departamentos: contabilidad,producción,comunicación y marketing.La presidenta es Romarey Baños, el tesorero Daniel Bodenlle y el secretario Enrique Solís.Foto de grupo

CHAPTER 1: Name and Activity
Article 1: Name: the cooperative will work with the name ASEREJÉ
Article 2: Activity: buying and selling.
Article 3: Duration: from September 2013 to June 2014
CHAPTER 2: Official site
Article 4: The official site will be at El Llugarín nª 4 Granda. Siero. Asturias.
CHAPTER 3: Share capital
Article 5: The co-operative´s share capital comprises all the contributions made by the members. In order to become a member, each person must contribute 10 euros. Once members have paid their fees, they will receive a document certifying they are members. The ownership of the share cannot be transferred. Paying the initial contribution is a necessary condition but not sufficient to be entitled to any reimbursement or to the distribution of any surplus.
Article 6: The reimbursement of the share capital will take place of the end of the course, once all the co-operative´s debts have been paid. If someone doesn´t work won´t receive his or her money back.
CHAPTER 4: Organisation and responsabilities.
Article 7: Co-operative members are responsible for management tasks. Members form the General Assembly. The members present at the assembly constitute the quorum.

We establish four departments : marketing, production, accounting and communication.
Marketing: María Azón , Maria Samaniego, Claudia Suárez , Margarita Amaya.
Production: Romarey Baños, Claudia Covadonga , Daniel Fernández ,José María Pérez.
Accounting: Daniel Bodenlle , Julia Menéndez , Pelayo Cortina , Pelayo Castaño.
Communication: Jessica Finca, Laura Vicente , Marcos Mínguez , Pedro Cadierno , Enrique Solís.
CHAPTER 5: Length of the activity.
Article 8: The co-operative will be considered active from the moment it applies for registration in the EJE CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE REGISTER and will cancel its activities when the course finishes.
Article 9: Those members who don´t take part in the recommended activities will get negative marks and will lose their right to profits together with the initial capital.
