COOPERATIVE PROMOTION
We’re a Group of 24 students of 4th of ESO from Calderón de La Barca High School in Gijón (Spain) a city of approximately 300.000 inhabitants, situated on the North Coast.
In Gijón we have a lot of public parks and pedestrians areas so people can go from one place to another without using any means of transport, that’s why they usually do quite a lot of sport. We’re famous because of the beautiful landscapes of the countryside and the wonderful beaches of the province.
The typical drink here is the cider and the most common dessert is the rice pudding.
In our cooperative, CALDE-rilla (borntobuy), we’re thinking of selling typical Asturian products, products we can do ourselves, like bracelets, and also anything you could ask for.
We’re very excited about the idea of sharing products with a cooperative from another country. We are sure the result of this programme will be positive and we’ll learn a lot of interesting and useful things.
